Simply download the Getin app, sign up, verify your phone number, create profile and search ride. If you wish to post your rides, add a vehicle and become a captain. Now you can post your own rides, and passengers will find you.
Our first focus is the protection of our members, thus we have taken great care to make our application incredibly secure. Through photos, NIC, Driving license, and working details, the identities of all of our users are verified.
Yes. When you use the Getin app, you have the option of giving a ride [as a captain] or taking a ride [as a passenger] on any given day. This is independent of the default role [Captain/Passenger] that you have selected in your profile.
The car owner will pick you up from the start location. If you need to change, please connect with the user through chat, phone call, or SMS to share that you wish to change the location, and it’s up to them if they agree. The app will not reflect the changes.You can also leave the trip and join a new one.
Once you have posted your rides, you cannot make any changes. If you wish to change any information, please cancel the ride and create a new one.
Navigate to your trips and select the ride you want to cancel. Go to the ride details page and select the cancel option to cancel your ride. Once you have canceled your ride, the passengers will be informed.
Yes, you can set up a ride for a specific day. We encourage our captain to schedule rides ahead of time to increase the chances of finding passengers.
